Designed with two distinct levels, natural light, built in bars, and an experienced on-site team, we make it easy to move from presentations to meals to conversation that goes far beyond the generic meeting space. 

Our upper level works well for meetings, presentations, celebrations, and seated meals, with seamless AV and flexible layout options. Downstairs, the Ladyslipper Lounge creates a comfortable setting for cocktail hours, breakout space, and social gatherings.

  • Seated events can accommodate up to 250 guests depending on the layout, and 400 cocktail style.

  • The Lowlands will include a dedicated venue manager who will provide general oversight of event details and ensure the facility, staff, and vendors are set up for a successful experience.

  • Yes! The upper level is most commonly used for meetings and main programs. While the lower level and patios are great for social time, breaks, and receptions. 

  • The Lowlands offers in-house AV packages to support meetings, presentations, and announcements. In addition to our AV packages, we offer à la carte pricing as well.

    Additional AV services can be facilitated as needed.


  • The Lowlands works with a curated list of approved catering partners, and can provide recommendations based on your event. Contact for our catering partners will be provided.

    Licensed outside caterers may be approved with an additional fee.

  • The Lowlands has a fully in-house bar program. Flexible options and customizable plans will be individually crafted for each event. Clients can choose to have an open, cash, or combined bar to adhere to your preferences and budget.

  • We get it! Planning an event can be time consuming and challenging if you’re not an event planner. The Lowlands will plan your event for an hourly rate of $100/hour. We will act as point of contact for caterers and other vendors, ensuring all of the pieces you need for an amazing event are put together. We can also put you in touch with some of our most trusted event planners for those needing a full-service option.
