Built in 1929 by the Haas family for their metal manufacturing business, it was purchased by the current owners in 2017 with the intent to reimagine and breathe new life into it.

With the help of Christian Dean Architecture, the space was redesigned to highlight the natural beauty of the building’s industrial structure while adding thoughtful elements to soften and add warmth to the space.
